Let’s see... what can I tell you about me? My name is Pam Fish and as a graphic artist, I seem to find inspiration everywhere – through works of art, from the well-known such as Georgia O’Keefe and Ansel Adams, to the obscure and dimensional, (the hubcaps I had stacked up are now hangiong on my fence) and from pieces of art my daughter produces, my favorite being a painting of a woman’s face she did using complimentary colors. I absolutely love it! I’ve been in the advertising business for the past 21 years and a freelance graphic artist for the past 18, including a full-time stint for Long, Haymes and Carr (now Mullen) from ‘91 until ’94. Known for incorporating creativity into my work using InDesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Photoshop, my main concentration has been in print (brochures, logos, inserts, newsletters and ads). I am now focusing on web design along with HTML emails. In my free time, if I’m not running or walking our dog Ollie, I donate my time and design knowledge to not-for-profits such as Care Highway, the Humane Society, PADA, Family Promise, Samaritan Ministries and various Winston-Salem Forsyth County schools.
